New maps and data are now available for the CDC diabetes surveillance indicator diabetes incidence, available to subscribers. As part of the 2025 data release, all county-level estimates have been updated using the CDC’s latest methods, and historical data have been recalculated back to 2004 to ensure consistent comparisons across years.
