This system-level dashboard provides a high-level overview of four master metrics representing the Well-being in the Nation (WIN) measurement framework for each Adventist Health market, a system summary, and state benchmarks.
This report is best used to guide planning and action for long-term outcomes.
System Snapshot Report
The Adventist Health System Snapshot report provides a quick overview of selected social and demographic indicators for each Adventist Health market.
This report can be used to better understand population characteristics like race, gender, ethnicity, and age.
Full Well-Being Report
The Full Well-Being Report is a deep dive into the individual indicators that support the four master well-being metrics. The report allows for selection of one or more hospital service areas, hospital region, or counties. Indicators are categorized using WIN Framework taxonomy. This report is designed to support planning, strategy development, and medium-term outcomes.
The Map Room provides access to 25,000+ map layers. Explore WIN indicators, other social determinants of health, or unique community factors. Data in the Map Room come from over 80 national secondary sources.
